P&P Optica is run by a father-daughter team (Romuald and Olga Pawluczyk), focused on the delivery of exceptionally high performance spectrometers to our clients.

Romuald (Romek) Pawluczyk, Ph.D. has over 3 decades experience in optics, optical metrology and applications of optics in biomedicine and other industries. He has written multiple papers. He has also written many patent applications regarding optical design, optical metrology and of course, spectroscopy. In the last 15 years, Romek has concentrated on the development of high performance spectrometers for measure of dynamically changing biomedical systems. He is also an expert in the manufacture of volume phase holographic components such as the gratings used in P&P Optica spectrometers.

Olga Pawluczyk M.Sc., MBA has experience in medical imaging, biomedical applications of optics and spectroscopy. An engineer by training, she has also authored and coauthored patents and papers in her field.
