Besides supplying catalytic converter systems and replacement catalyst elements to the natural gas processing industry for stationary engine emission control, EAS Incorporated also supplies recuperative catalytic oxidizers, ceramic corderite and honeycomb monolith precious metal catalysts, and 95% heat recovery regenerative thermal oxidizers. Others areas of expertise designed to save clients energy include catalytic retrofits of thermal oxidizers and loose plate structured ceramic block heat retention media for RTO's. For existing catalytic oxidizers not employing a monolithic type catalyst, we offer precious metal and non-precious metal beads and spheres for catalytic systems. Regarding catalyst services we offer flame ionization detection (FID) pilot reactor catalyst testing and complete catalyst washing services, and precious metal recovery services from spent catalyst.

Regarding our washing services this is normally performed in a period of 5-7 working days time. All catalysts in use should be monitored on a continuous basis recording both the temperature rise and pressure drop across the catalyst.
